Why should I make a donation to the Patty Boshell Pancreatic Cancer Foundation?

First, we are an all-volunteer organization. Your donation is used solely to advance the cause.
No salaries and office overhead to worry about.
Your contribution, no matter how small, helps fund the much-needed research for early detection, discovery, and cure of pancreatic cancer.
Unlike other organizations that provide much needed content and services, but also have big staff and big salaries to cover, we are totally focused on raising money.
In turn we then examine those big content and service organizations and are able to direct how we want the money spent.
Our biggest push is in the area of research so we look to those organizations either conducting research or reviewing the best researchers.
We expect their efforts to be 100% focused on PC before we provide funding.
Last year, we provided $100,000 to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network who in turn helped us select Dr. Peter Storz a researcher from Mayo Clinic dedicated to pancreatic cancer.
The money all goes to Dr. Storz research and nothing else.
When you contribute you can be assured the money is put to work where we can get the biggest bang for the buck.
